Beautiful Day

Yesterday was such a beautiful sunny day and it was finally warm enough (60 degrees) for me to take Ashlyn on her first walk. We went down to Capitol Lake and joined a ton of other people who were also taking advantage of the unusually warm winter day. I even remembered to bring some bread for the ducks. Although Ashlyn slept most of the way around the lake, it was really fun to finally take her out in the stroller and I even got a little workout in :)



After we came home it was still so nice out so I decided to break out the Baby Bjorn again (the first time didn't go so well) and go out to the field and play with the dogs. I faced her outwards this time because she did not like facing inwards the first couple of times we tried her in it. She was loving facing outwards and checking everything out. She really hasn't been outside too much because it has been so cold, so besides going to and from the car or in and out of stores, today was her first real look at the great outdoors. The dogs were sniffing her at first, but then lost interest and just wanted me to keep throwing the ball for them. Checkout me and Ashlyn stylin' in the Bjorn.
